REVE USAGE POLICY

Reve is designed to be a platform for creative expression, and we strive to offer our users maximum control over the things they create with Reve. Certain uses are prohibited, however: either because they are harmful or abusive, violate the law or rights of others, or impair our ability to operate our service. Prohibited uses are laid out in this Usage Policy, which is not intended to be exhaustive and will evolve over time. If we believe that you have violated our Usage Policy, we may - at our sole discretion - throttle, suspend, or terminate your access to our services.

When using Reve, you may not:

1. Provide or Attempt to Create Illegal Content

   2. Infringe the Intellectual Property or Proprietary Rights of Others, including by using the intellectual property of others in ways that violate their rights, for example to reproduce copyrighted works without authorization

   3. Compromise the Privacy or Misuse the Identity of others, including by violating applicable privacy laws, impersonating real people, or creating fake personas (also known as “deepfakes”) of real people without their consent or without lawful basis

   4. Compromise Children’s Safety, including by requesting, providing, generating, creating, distributing, or promoting child sexual abuse material or material that portrays children in a vulgar, offensive, or violent manner or context

   5. Provide or Attempt to Create Sexual or Pornographic Content, including by requesting, providing, generating or creating depictions of sexual intercourse or sex acts, or facilitating, promoting, or depicting incest, bestiality, or obscene content

   6. Incite Violence, Engage in Hate Speech or Hateful Behavior, including by facilitating or promoting any act of violence or intimidation targeting individuals, groups, animals, or property, or engaging in hate speech about any of the foregoing

   7. Create Psychologically or Emotionally Harmful Content, including by promoting any form of self-harm, depicting graphic violence or gratuitous gore against people or animals, or to humiliate, bully or harass others

   8. Engage in Fraudulent, Abusive, or Predatory Practices, including by promoting or facilitating the generation or distribution of spam, counterfeit or illicitly acquired goods, promoting the sale of fraudulent or deceptive products, or engaging in deceptive or abusive behaviors

   9. Abuse our Platform, including by creating multiple accounts in an attempt to circumvent service guardrails, or creating identical or similar prompts that otherwise violate our Terms of Service or Usage Policy, automatically or programmatically extracting data or outputs from our services, using outputs to develop competing products or services, or circumventing a ban on using the Services through the use of a different account
