REVE $100K CONTEST - CONTEST RULES

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. THIS CONTEST IS A SKILL-BASED PROMOTION AND IS NOT A LOTTERY OR SWEEPSTAKES. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

These Contest Rules (the “Contest Rules”) supplement Reve AI, Inc.’s Terms of Service, available at https://app.reve.com/terms, with respect to participants in the Reve $100K Contest. In the event of conflict between Reve’s Terms of Service and the Contest Rules, the Contest Rules govern.

1. CONTEST PERIOD

The Reve $100K Contest (the "Contest") begins at 10:00am Pacific Time ("PT") on June 17, 2026 and ends at 11:59pm PT on June 24, 2026, unless extended by Reve in its sole discretion (the "Contest Period").

2. SPONSOR

This Contest is sponsored by Reve AI, Inc., a Delaware corporation located at 250 Cambridge Ave., Suite 301, Palo Alto, CA 94306 ("Reve," "Sponsor," or "we").

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to individuals worldwide, subject to the exclusions below.

To be eligible, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, as of the date of entry;
• Have a valid Reve account in good standing as of the date of entry;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction; and
• Not be an employee, officer, director, contractor, or agent of Reve AI, Inc., or an immediate family member or household member of any of the foregoing.

Excluded jurisdictions: The Contest is void, and residents are not eligible to participate, where prohibited by law or Reve’s Terms of Service.

4. HOW TO ENTER

During the Contest Period, eligible entrants may submit a set of original images (a "Submission") through the submission tool in their Reve account.

Resubmissions: Entrants may resubmit as many times as they like during the Contest Period. The final Submission on file at the close of the Contest Period is the one that will be evaluated. Earlier versions are superseded.

Withdrawal: Entrants may withdraw or change their Submission prior to the close of the Contest Period. However, Sponsor reserves the right to retain and use images from withdrawn Submissions for the purposes set out in Section 10, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

One account per entrant. Multiple entrants may not share a single account. Any attempt to manipulate the submission process through automated tools, scripts, or other unauthorized means will result in disqualification.

5. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Each Submission must consist of exactly ten (10) images and must satisfy all of the following:

Content requirements:

• Each image must be the Entrant's own original work;
• The set must include a mixture of categories, subjects, and visual approaches;
• Each image must reflect a deliberate aesthetic point of view demonstrating taste, range, and technical care.

Technical quality bar: Noticeable AI artifacts such as distorted anatomy, garbled text, or plastic textures will result in disqualification of affected images or the entire Submission.

Example categories (illustrative, not exhaustive): Cinematic, illustration, graphic design, architecture/interior design, logos, sci-fi, concept art, product visuals, character work, environments, abstract or stylized compositions.

Reference images: Use of reference images in generation is permitted. Entrants are solely responsible for ensuring their use of any reference material complies with applicable law and these Contest Rules.

6. CONTENT GUIDELINES

Submissions must comply with Reve’s Usage Policy, available at https://app.reve.com/usage, including the requirements that images do not:

• Infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, trade dress, right of publicity, right of privacy, or other intellectual property or proprietary right;
• Contain obscene, pornographic, defamatory, hateful, or otherwise objectionable content;
• Contain political or religious statements;
• Promote bigotry, racism, hate speech, violence, or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age; or
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

Identifiable persons: If a Submission depicts any identifiable person (including through facial likeness, name, or other identifying characteristics), the Entrant represents and warrants that they have obtained that person's express written consent to submit and license their likeness in accordance with these Contest Rules, and agrees to provide documentation of such consent upon Sponsor's request.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Submission that, in its sole discretion, fails to comply with these guidelines or reflects poorly on Reve.

7. JUDGING

This is a skill-based contest. Winners are determined based on merit, not chance. All eligible Submissions will be evaluated by an internal panel of Reve designers and creative staff according to the following criteria: aesthetic quality and point of view, technical execution, range and variety across the 10-image set, and originality and creativity.

Each Submission (the full set of 10 images) will be evaluated as a whole. Judging will be applied consistently across all Submissions. The judging panel's decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.

In the event of a tie, the tied Submissions will be re-evaluated by the judging panel.

Sponsor reserves the right to conduct additional review of finalist Submissions, including review of generation trajectories and account history, prior to confirming winners.

8. PRIZES

No more than three (3) Prizes will be awarded. The number of Prizes will not increase regardless of the number of entries received.

Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable. No prize substitution, cash alternative, or other form of payment is available, except that Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize cannot be awarded for any reason.

All prizes are stated and paid as gross amounts in US dollars. Sponsor will not increase, "gross up," or otherwise supplement any prize to account for taxes, withholding, currency conversion, or fees. Any currency conversion fees and any fees imposed by a winner's receiving institution or intermediary institutions are the sole responsibility of the winner.

9. TAXES

Each winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, local, and foreign taxes, levies, and other governmental charges arising from receipt of a prize, and for any reporting of the prize on their own tax returns. Sponsor will report prize amounts to applicable tax authorities as required by law, including on IRS Form 1099-MISC for US persons and IRS Form 1042-S for non-US persons. Sponsor will not withhold any amount from a prize except to the extent required by applicable law. Winners are encouraged to consult their own tax advisors.

10. CONDITIONS TO PAYMENT; REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION

As a condition of receiving any prize, each winner must complete, sign, and return all required documentation to Sponsor within ten (10) days after the date Sponsor first sends notification (the "Claim Period"), including:

• A valid and complete IRS Form W-9 (for US persons) or IRS Form W-8BEN (for non-US persons); and
• Valid receiving-account information sufficient to enable payment under Section 11, where the name on the receiving account matches both the name of the Entrant and the name provided on the applicable tax form.

Sponsor will validate all documentation prior to releasing any prize. No prize will be released until Sponsor has received and verified all required documentation.

Sponsor may disqualify a winner and select an alternate or decline to award the prize if the winner: (a) fails to return valid, complete, and matching documentation within the Claim Period; (b) provides false, incomplete, or inaccurate information; (c) cannot have their identity, tax form, or account name reconciled to the Entrant; or (d) is otherwise ineligible under these Contest Rules. Any alternate winner is subject to all requirements of these Contest Rules.

A prize not successfully claimed and paid within sixty (60) days of winner determination due to a winner's failure to satisfy these conditions may be forfeited at Sponsor's sole discretion.

11. PAYMENT

Prizes will be paid solely by wire transfer, ACH transfer, or a Sponsor-designated third-party payment platform, in each case to an account held in and verified to the name of the winner. No other method of payment is available. Sponsor will not pay any prize by check, cash, prepaid card, gift card, or any other cash alternative.

Sponsor is not responsible for any prize payment that is delayed, misdirected, returned, rejected, or otherwise unable to be delivered as a result of inaccurate, incomplete, or mismatched payment or tax information provided by the winner, or as a result of any restriction applicable to the winner's institution, account, country, or payment method. A winner who is unable to receive payment to an account held in their own name will not be able to receive the prize.

12. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winners will be notified via the email address associated with their Reve account at the conclusion of the judging period. Entrants are solely responsible for monitoring their account email. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for undelivered notifications.

13. LICENSE GRANT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Ownership: Entrants retain ownership of their original Submissions, subject to the license granted below.

License Grant: By submitting a Submission, each Entrant irrevocably grants to Reve AI, Inc. and its successors, assigns, sublicensees, and affiliates a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, distribute, create derivative works from, and otherwise use the Submission in any media or format now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose, including without limitation:

• Training, fine-tuning, evaluating, and improving Reve's artificial intelligence and machine learning models and systems;
• Developing and improving Reve's products and services;
• Marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes, including a public shortlist gallery; and
• Research and development.

This license applies to all Submissions, including those from non-winners and withdrawn Submissions, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Attribution: When using Submissions in marketing materials or a public shortlist gallery, Sponsor will provide credit to the Entrant where reasonably practicable.

14. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES; INDEMNIFICATION

By entering, each Entrant represents, warrants, and covenants that:

• The Submission is the Entrant's original work and does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights;
• The Entrant owns or has obtained all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to submit the Submission and grant the license in Section 13;
• The Submission does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right; and
• If the Submission depicts any identifiable person, the Entrant has obtained that person's express written consent.

Each Entrant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reve AI, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (i) any breach of the foregoing representations and warranties; (ii) any third-party claim arising from or relating to the Submission; or (iii) the Entrant's participation in the Contest.

15. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, by entering the Contest each Entrant grants Sponsor the right to use the Entrant's name, username, and Submission for editorial, promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes — including on Reve's website and social media channels — without additional compensation. Winners may be featured publicly by name and winning Submission. By accepting a prize, each winner confirms this consent.

16. PRIVACY

Personal information collected in connection with this Contest will be processed in accordance with Reve's Privacy Policy, available at https://app.reve.com/privacy. By entering, Entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described in the Privacy Policy and as necessary to administer the Contest, including for prize fulfillment and tax reporting purposes.

Entrants acknowledge that their Submission may be used for AI model training purposes as described in Section 13.

17. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating, each Entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this Contest or the receipt or use of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) incorrect or inaccurate information resulting from user error; (ii) technical failures of any kind; (iii) unauthorized intervention by third parties; (iv) late, lost, or misdirected entries; or (v) any other errors, whether caused by humans or technology.

18. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant who tampers with the Contest, submits fraudulent information, or otherwise violates these Contest Rules.

Entry constitutes each Entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Contest Rules. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.

19. WINNER LIST

To request the names and jurisdictions of prize winners, send a written request to: Reve AI, Inc., Attn: Reve $100K Contest Winners, 250 Cambridge Ave., Suite 301, Palo Alto, CA 94306, within 60 days of the end of the Contest Period.
